What is Pax8?

Pax8 is a cloud-services distributor based in Denver, Colorado, that operates in the United States, Canada and the UK, Germany and Netherlands. As a born-in-the-cloud company, Pax8 simplifies the buying journey, empowering its partners to achieve more with cloud technology.

When is this taking effect?

Immediately. TVG is now a part of Pax8.

Is TVG changing its name?

We will continue to operate under the TVG brand until we have completed the transition of all current partners to the Pax8 Platform.

Will this impact my current business with TVG?

No. All existing contracts you have with us will remain in place. Our team will continue to support you on any Microsoft, Adobe and/or Vade cloud services you have purchased from us in the past.

Will this change the way I purchase, provision and manage cloud services?

Yes, but not straight away. We will start the transition of all of our current partners to the Pax8 Platform over the next months. Before we do this, we will reach out to each of our partners individually, to guarantee a smooth transition. That way you will soon be able to benefit from new and innovative technology.

Will this change the conditions we have on Microsoft CSP, Adobe, Corel etc.?

No. We will continue to honor any existing contract with you as a Microsoft CSP Indirect Reseller, Adobe Service Provider or Corel Partner purchasing via TVG as your distributor.
